The VCH.com Process
1. Initiate
Tell us about your case; include a brief statement about the incident, the claim number, both parties' names and the opposing parties' contact information.
2. Secure Your Neutral
Send a list of three ADR experts to the opposing party and begin the process of selecting and securing a Neutral.
3. Present Your Case
Prepare your case presentation into your online case, including copies of itemized damages and supporting evidence related to the case. This is your chance to persuade the Neutral to render a favorable decision.
4. Neutral's Report
Once all evidence from both parties' is reviewed and any questions the Neutral may have are answered, s/he will submit a final decision to both parties in the online case file.
