1. Initiate

2. Secure Your Neutral
Send a list of three ADR experts to the opposing party and begin the process of selecting and securing a Neutral.
3. Present Your Case
Prepare your case presentation into your online case, including copies of itemized damages and supporting evidence related to the case. This is your chance to persuade the Neutral to render a favorable decision.
4. Neutral's Report
Once all evidence from both parties' is reviewed and any questions the Neutral may have are answered, s/he will submit a final decision to both parties in the online case file.

Compare and Find an ADR Professional

  • You can send a list of professionals (or just one) to other parties in your dispute, thereby facilitating your case.
  • Once everyone has agreed on an ADR Professional, you can settle your dispute entirely at VCH.com.
